1. Entry & Ticketing
Entry is strictly managed via guest list at the door. Your purchase secures your place on the list. All sales are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Please bring a valid ID for verification at the entrance.
2. Conduct
Prefix Audio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who do not adhere to our community standards.
3. Liability
Attendees enter at their own risk. Prefix Audio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at the event.
4. Location Details
Location details will be sent via email to guests at eight pm on the night of the event. It is the attendee's responsibility to check their email for this information.
5. Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be captured, please inform our staff on the night.
